Official Rules — French Phrasebook iPhone Giveaway

A purchase does not guarantee a win. A purchase provides bonus entries only.

- Sponsor
The giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Learn French With Clémence (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Not open to employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, or immediate family members. Void where prohibited by law.
- Sweepstakes Period
Starts: December 22, 2025 at 6PM EST
Ends: January 11, 2026 at 6PM EST
All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period.
- How to Enter
Participants can enter in one of two ways:
- Free Entry
Download the free “100 French Daily Phrases” ebook during the Sweepstakes Period.
→ This provides 1 free entry.
No purchase is required.
- Bonus Entries for Purchases
Purchasing any Learn French With Clémence course during the Sweepstakes Period grants bonus entries.
→ Each purchase = +20 bonus entries.
Bonus entries increase the number of entries assigned to a participant but do not guarantee winning.
All entries, whether free or via bonus, are included in the same random drawing.
- Entry Limits
Limit: 1 Entry per Person
Participants may enter via both methods.
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
- Prize
One winner will receive:
iPhone [Model, e.g., iPhone 17 Pro, 256GB, Color: Cosmic Orange].
Approximate retail value: $1,099..
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Winner Selection
On January 22, 2026, Sponsor will:
- Compile all entries (free + bonus) into a single spreadsheet/list.
- Assign each entry a numerical identifier.
- Use a third-party randomization tool (e.g., random.org) to select one winning entry.
- The winner will be contacted within 7 days via the email they used to sign up.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner using the same process.
- Odds of Winning
Odds depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that Sponsor may publish their first name, last initial, and country for transparency.
No photo or personal details will be required.
- Privacy
Emails collected for entry will be used based on Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
- Release
By entering, participants release Sponsor from all liability related to participation or prize acceptance.
